• Licensed Registered Nurse (Required)

Shift:

11pm-7am every other weekend.

Qualifications for a RN:

• RN license in MD is required
• Long term care experience- preferred
• Sufficient experience in order to perform daily tasks with an understanding of the duties involved.

• Ability to respect all members of the healthcare team
• Strong documentation skills
• Solid work history with excellent attendance and punctuality patience, understanding and compassion for those requiring our care

Autumn Lake Healthcare at Cherry Lane is seeking full-time, part-time, and PRN GNAs. The candidates must be devoted and compassionate about their chosen career and have an active certification. We are looking for GNAs who are dependable, self-motivated, team player, and flexible.

*$2,000 sign-on bonus for Full-timers and $1,000 for Part-timers!*

Works throughout the nursing service area (i.e. nurses’ stations, resident rooms, etc.)

• Must have active GNA license in MD.
• Moves intermittently during working hours.
• Is subject to frequent interruptions.
• Is involved with residents, personnel, visitors, government agencies/personnel, etc., under all conditions and circumstances
• Is subject to hostile and emotionally upset residents, family members, personnel, and visitors.
• Communicates with nursing personnel and other department personnel.
• Works beyond normal working hours, on weekends and holidays, and in other positions temporarily, when necessary.
• Is subject to call-back during emergency conditions (e.g. severe weather, evacuation, post-disaster, etc.).
• Attends and participates in continuing educational programs.
• Is subject to injury from falls, burns from equipment, odors, etc., throughout the work day, as well as to reactions from dust, disinfectants, tobacco smoke and other air contaminants.
• Is subject to exposure to infectious waste, diseases, conditions, etc., including TB, and the AIDS and Hepatitis B virus.
• May be subject to the handling and exposure to hazardous chemicals.
